We’ve been based here in East Rohtas Nagar for a good while now. Our office is tucked away in Lane Number 5, right in the Shahdara area. It’s a busy part of Delhi, but we like it here. People often drop by to talk about their trips or ask for help with train tickets and flights. Koniva Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporation; it’s just us working through the daily logistics of travel. We spend most of our mornings answering phones and checking schedules on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a booking gets complicated, but we just get on with it. It’s mostly about making sure folks get where they need to go without too much of a headache. The office is pretty small, and we have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks, which shows how much we actually do. We handle a lot of local stuff and some international trips too. Living and working in Shahdara means we know the neighborhood well. It isn't fancy, but it works for us. If you’re walking down the lane, you’ll see our sign. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. Usually, we are here until late in the evening getting everything sorted for the next day. It’s a job that keeps us busy, and we’re glad to be part of the community here in Delhi-32.
