Our base is House Number 86 in Munirka, New Delhi. We’ve turned a regular house into our workspace. Finding a place to park is hard because the streets in Munirka are so narrow. Most of us just walk or use the metro to get to the office. Travel and tours have been our work for a long time. The office is usually full of people talking on phones and typing away. It’s not a very quiet place. We have files and ledgers all over the place. We don't use much fancy software, just the basics to keep track of the bookings. We handle everything from local trips to longer journeys across the country. It’s a lot of talking to drivers and making sure they know the routes. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh when things get too hectic. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our desks with cups of chai. It’s a very local feel here. We’ve known the neighbors for years and they often stop by to say hello. We don't have any big mission statements. We just want to get people from one place to another without any trouble. It’s hard work but we’ve been doing it so long it’s just second nature now. Munirka is a lively place to be and we wouldn't want to move elsewhere. We've got a good routine going after all these years.
