Our office is located at B-2/348 in Tara Nagar, right by the Kakrola More area. Being near the Dwarka Metro Station is a big help because otherwise, finding us might be a bit tricky for folks coming from other parts of Delhi. It’s a regular building, and we’ve taken up this space to run our operations. There’s usually a lot of noise from the metro and the traffic nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us working out of these rooms. We keep a few computers and some files around, and that’s about it. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for information or need help with specific paperwork. We don't have a fancy waiting room with coffee machines or anything like that. You just come in, sit down on whatever chair is free, and we talk. The neighborhood is quite busy, with lots of small shops and people moving around all the time. We try to keep our corner of the building neat, though papers do tend to pile up when we're busy. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the community here in Tara Nagar. It's not always perfect, but we show up every morning and do our best to get things sorted out.
