Being in Krishna Market means we are right in the middle of everything. Sector-9 in Rohini is always crowded with people moving around and cars trying to squeeze through the narrow spots. We have been here for a good while now. Our shop is not huge, so we have to cram a lot of building supplies into every corner we can find. Most mornings start early with a lot of noise as we move crates and bags around to make room. It is a bit messy to be honest. There is always a layer of dust on the shelves no matter how many times we try to sweep it away. Customers come in looking for specific parts or just a bit of advice on what kind of materials would work for a small repair at home. We try to help out where we can. It is not like those big corporate stores where nobody knows who you are. Here, we recognize most of the faces that walk through our door. Sometimes the traffic in Rajapur makes delivering materials a real headache for us. We have to time our trucks just right so they do not get stuck for hours. It is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle every single day. We do not have a marketing team or any of that. It is just us and our inventory. We keep a list of what is available on a chalkboard.
