We operate out of Aastha Kunj in Sector 3, Dwarka. It's a residential pocket, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city centers, which is nice for actually getting things done. Our spot is at 2106 on Plot 3. It doesn't look like a typical airline headquarters, mostly because it's set up in a way that feels more like a home office. We handle various tasks related to the flight operations and making sure the numbers add up. The walk from the main gate is short, and there's usually a bit of shade from the trees around the plot. Inside, it's pretty straightforward—desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don't have a big sign out front, so people sometimes walk right past us. We spend a lot of time on emails and coordinating with the crews. Sometimes the internet slows down in the afternoons, so we take that time to sort through the physical paperwork. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve worked together for quite a while now. We take turns bringing in treats or snacks for the mid-day break. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if the commute through Delhi traffic can be a bit much some mornings. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. There isn't much to say other than we just do our jobs every day and try to keep things running smoothly.
