Klm Royal Dutch Airlines

We are tucked away in W 90, Greater Kailash Part 1, which is a fairly well-known part of New Delhi. Being in GK1 means we deal with a lot of people coming and going. It’s a residential area but has plenty of offices like ours mixed in. The work involves a lot of looking at screens and talking to people about their travel plans. Airlines have a lot of moving parts, and our job is just to handle the bits that land on our desks here in India. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it like everyone else in the city. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and answer the phones. It gets quite busy during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to fly somewhere. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we know the neighborhood pretty well. The traffic on the roads outside can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just life in Delhi. We don't try to sound like a big international corporation when we’re just sitting here in our local office. We’re just a group of people making sure the tickets are right and the flights are tracked. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep things grounded and just focus on the day’s work.
