Klm Royal Dutch Airlines

You’ll find us at H. No. 114A, specifically in Room No-18 on the 4th floor. This is a new building near the Radisson Hotel in the Rangpuri area of Mahipalpur, New Delhi. Planes are constantly flying overhead since we are so close to the airport. It is a very busy neighborhood with a lot of travelers and hotels. We handle work for Klm Royal Dutch Airlines from this room. Climbing to the 4th floor is our daily exercise because the elevator isn't always reliable. The room is small but we have everything we need to manage the flight details and paperwork. Mahipalpur is always moving, with taxis and buses constantly going by on the main road. Our office is a bit set back from the noise, but you can still feel the energy of the area. We aren't a big ticket counter at the airport. Back-office work is what we do here. The building is still quite new, so things are relatively clean. Decorations or lounge areas aren't something we have. We just have our computers and some chairs. Peak flight seasons make it very busy. Usually, we grab food from the small shops downstairs. People from all over pass through this area. Tasks are finished so everything runs smoothly for the flights. Lists and coordination take up our time. Snacks are kept in the drawer for those late-night shifts.
