Our office is located at 112 in Dr. Mukharji Nagar. It’s a well-known area in West Delhi, mostly famous for all the coaching centers and students. Being in this neighborhood means there’s always a lot of energy and people moving around. We are tucked into a building that has seen a lot of history. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few phones, and a lot of logbooks. We handle things for the airline, mostly the technical and back-office side of things. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see pilots in uniform walking around. It’s more about data and coordination. The fans on the ceiling hum all day long to keep the heat away. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea. It’s a simple environment. We don't have any big corporate manifestos or mission statements on the walls. We just come in at nine and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Delhi. We know our neighbors well, from the stationery shop downstairs to the food stall across the street. We’ve been part of this community for a while. It’s a practical way to run things. We just do our jobs and try to stay organized amidst all the local bustle.
