We have been running Kipling India Travels from our office in Dwarka for a good while now. It is located at Lig Flt No: 485, on the first floor of the Pocket-02 section in Phase-B. If you are coming by the metro, we are right across from the Sector-14 station, which makes it pretty easy for folks to find us even if they aren't from this part of New Delhi. The office itself isn't anything fancy. It’s basically a flat that we turned into a workspace, so it has a bit of a homey, lived-in feel to it. You’ll see plenty of stacks of papers and maps lying around because we are always looking up routes and checking hotel bookings. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a small team here, just local people who know the travel business. We spend our days on the phone talking to drivers or trying to figure out train schedules for people. Sometimes the noise from the metro station is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We drink a lot of tea from the stall downstairs and just keep at it. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local travel office trying to help people get where they need to go without any extra fuss or corporate talk.
