We are over at A - 40, Amritpuri, in the East Of Kailash area of New Delhi. It is a pretty well-known part of the city, and we have been tucked away in this building for a good while now. The office is basically a hub for bookings. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of chargers plugged into the walls. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. East Of Kailash is always moving, and we try to stay on top of all the requests that come in through the network. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to people over the phone to make sure their bookings are actually confirmed. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small team of us who know how to navigate the systems. Sometimes things go wrong with the internet or a booking gets stuck, and we have to spend hours on the phone to fix it. That is just part of the job. We don't try to sound like anything more than what we are. We are just a local booking office trying to make sure things go smoothly for the people who use us. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the office during lunch, but we make it work every day.
