We are based over in Vikas Puri, specifically in the H-3 Block. The office is actually part of a residential setup, C-169 NDMC Apartments. It’s a quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of Delhi. We are here with Colonel K J Singh. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a big staff or a fleet of cars. It's just a few of us working out of this space. We do our best to stay organized, but sometimes the files get a bit messy. Vikas Puri is a nice place to be, and it’s easy for us to get around from here. We aren't trying to be some massive corporate giant. We just handle our business quietly. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony when things are slow. It’s a more personal way of working. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist. You just come to the apartment and we're there. We've had some long days and some short ones. It's just a regular life here. We handle what comes our way and try to keep things moving. We don't use any fancy talk or have big meetings with slides. We just sit down, talk about what needs doing, and do it. It works for us. It’s a different vibe than being in a commercial building, but it suits the way we like to do things.
