Kingfisher Airlines

We are based over at 85 Chandighosh Road in Kolkata. It is a bit of an older neighborhood, and that is reflected in our building. Even though the name Kingfisher Airlines is on our paperwork, our daily life here is very grounded. We are not up in the air; we are right here on the street level dealing with the logistics and the people who come by. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and Chandighosh Road has its own rhythm. We spend our days mostly on the phone or working through stacks of paper. It can get a bit dusty sometimes with the windows open, but that is just part of the charm of this area. We do not have a lot of fancy decor or high-tech gadgets. It is just desks, chairs, and people trying to get things sorted out for travelers. Some of us have been working here for years, so we have a routine down. We know the local tea stall guy and the people who walk past our door every morning. It feels more like a community than a big company office. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just help with flight details and tickets and try to make sure no one is left waiting too long for an answer about their trip.
