Over on 3rd V.O.C Street in Kumaran Nagar, you’ll find our little setup for Kingfisher Airlines. Trichy is a warm place, and this neighborhood is usually quite active. We’ve been at number 11 for some time, just handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with travel and transport. It’s not like those big airport offices you see on TV. It’s a bit more modest here. We spend our time checking schedules, talking to people who walk in, and sorting out the various issues that pop up in the airline world. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the heat in Trichy gets to be a lot, so we keep the fans going and just push through the work. People in Kumaran Nagar know us as the local spot for these things. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know the ropes and try to keep things moving. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a flight or a booking. We do our best to give them a straight answer without any fluff. It’s a regular job for us, and we like being part of the community here. Every day brings something different, whether it's a frustrated passenger or just a slow afternoon where we catch up on filing. It's just how we do things in Trichy.
