You can find us on the 2nd floor of Wz 550C, located in Lane Number 20 of Shiv Nagar. This is in the New Delhi-18 area. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, tucked away in the lanes of Shiv Nagar. The office is just a simple floor in a regular building. We don't have any big billboards outside. We spend our days handling the various details that come with running an airline operation, mostly the stuff that happens on the computer. It can get pretty quiet in the afternoons, which is nice for getting work done. The furniture is basic, and we have a lot of old files stacked up in the corner because we haven't gotten around to shredding them yet. We don't use any fancy management talk here. We just come in, check what needs to be done, and try to finish it before the day ends. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we don't go down for tea more than once or twice. It’s a very ordinary place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just provide a space for our staff to handle the bookings and the paperwork. It’s a local operation in a real neighborhood, and that’s just how we like to keep it. Nothing fancy, just the daily routine.
