Kingfisher Airlines

Our address is C,21, right in East Krishna Nagar, Delhi-51. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of the city, but we’ve been here in India for quite a while. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we handle the airline stuff. There’s always a lot of talk about planes and schedules around here. Some days the printers work, some days they don't, and we just have to deal with it. Kingfisher Airlines is a name people know, but in this office, we are just regular staff trying to keep up. We aren't a massive corporate headquarters with glass walls. We’re just in a normal neighborhood where people know each other. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff to file, but we make it work. Most of us have been working in travel for years, so we’ve seen a lot of things change in the industry. We just try to stay on top of the daily tasks without making a big fuss. People think working for an airline is all about flying, but for us, it’s mostly about making sure the paperwork is correct and the system is running. It can be a bit repetitive, but someone has to do it. We like being in East Krishna Nagar; it feels like a real part of Delhi. We just show up, do the shifts, and head home.
