It might be surprising to see this name here in Meerut, especially since we are located in a busy market-like area rather than a big airport. We’ve been at this location for some time now. The building is older and has that specific smell of old paper and bricks. We are right in the thick of things in Kaiser Ganj, so there is always noise from the street outside. We handle a variety of administrative tasks and local inquiries. Our desks are old wooden ones that have seen better days, and we use a few desktop computers that are a bit slow. We don't have a big staff, just a handful of us who know each other well. We often share lunch together in the small back room. There is no corporate polish here. We talk to our customers like they are our neighbors, because often they are. Sometimes the heat in Meerut gets to be a bit much, but we have a couple of coolers that help.
