Kingfisher Airlines

Our office is tucked away in Lajwanti Garden, specifically at WZ-232 on Street Number 8. It’s a small, quiet street in a part of New Delhi that most people don't visit unless they live here. We handle some of the administrative and booking tasks for the airline from this little spot. It’s not a big, shiny office like you might find at the airport. It’s just a simple room with some desks, chairs, and a few old computers. The street outside is narrow, so it’s always a bit of a struggle for people to park their scooters or cars. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors are all used to us being around. Inside, the walls are a bit plain, and we have a couple of fans that stay on all day to beat the Delhi heat. We spend most of our time answering calls and trying to fix issues for people who have questions about their travel. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don't have any fancy uniforms or big signs outside. It’s just a small board on the door. The staff here is like a little family. We share our meals and talk about things happening in the neighborhood. It’s a very grounded way to work. We just take things one day at a time and try to get through the list of tasks we have. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do here in Lajwanti Garden.
