We've been here at the Tihar Staff Complex in Hari Nagar for a while now. It's an interesting spot, being right by the Central Jail area, but life goes on as usual. Our office is in house C-21, and most people around here know us because we've been working out of this space for many years. It isn’t some fancy glass building you’d see in a movie. It’s just where we handle our things. The street gets a bit busy during the day with people coming and going, but it’s mostly just staff and families. We started out small, just trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just get through the day like everyone else in New Delhi. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls. People often ask why we are located inside a residential staff complex, and well, it’s just where we ended up setting up shop. We keep the tea kettle going and the files moving. It’s not flashy, but we show up every morning. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops pop up, traffic gets worse, but C-21 stays pretty much the same. We just do what we need to do and go home at the end of the day. It’s a job. We don’t have fancy chairs or a big sign outside, just a regular place where work gets done.
