Kingfisher Airline

Our office for Kingfisher Airline is located in Sadh Nagar, Part2, which is part of the Palam Colony in New Delhi. This isn't one of those big offices you see at the airport. It is a much smaller operation tucked away in a residential and commercial mix area. We have been here for a while, and the place is basically just a few desks and some computers where we help people with their travel details. It is a bit hard to find us sometimes because the lanes in Sadh Nagar can be quite confusing if you are new to the area. We mostly deal with locals who need help with their bookings or have questions about their flights. It gets pretty dusty inside because of the road work that always seems to be going on nearby. We don't have any of those fancy ticket counters like you see on TV. It’s just us sitting in a room, trying to make sure everyone’s travel plans are in order. My brother and I manage the day-to-day stuff here. We aren't really into big marketing or promotional events. We just stay open during the day and try to be as helpful as we can. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit before we can get back to the computers. That’s just part of life in this neighborhood. We are just regular people working a regular job.
