You can find Kingel(India)Tour &Travels Ltd. at 80-B in Munirka Village, New-Delhi-110067. We are tucked away in one of those narrow streets where there’s always something happening. Our office is pretty small, mostly taken up by a couple of computers and a lot of maps. We handle a bit of everything, from booking local taxis to arranging longer trips across the country. Munirka is a crowded place, so there’s always people popping in to ask for directions or price quotes. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just a regular door in the village area. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a bit yellowed from the age of the building, but it’s where we work every day. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure they know the pickup points. It gets pretty chaotic during the peak tourist season when everyone wants to go to the same places at once. We just sit here, drink our chai, and try to make sense of the schedules. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to give someone their boarding pass, which is always a headache. But that’s just how it is here. We are just a local travel shop in the middle of the village, trying to keep the cars moving and the customers happy with their plans.
