King And Ferry Travels(P) Ltd is our small company based at F-31 Madhu Vihar in Patparganj. We’ve been operating out of this office for a while now and it’s become like a second home to most of us who work here. The desks are usually crowded with travel brochures and old maps that we still pull out and use sometimes. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to airlines and hotels trying to figure out the best routes for people who stop by. Madhu Vihar is a lively area and there is always a lot of noise coming in from the street outside our window. We have a small water cooler in the corner and a pile of folders that never seems to get any smaller no matter how much we work. It’s not a fancy corporate environment by any means. We are just a few people who help others plan their trips. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a lot of customers come in at once but we usually manage to keep things moving. We know the neighbors well and often stop to chat with the shopkeepers nearby during our breaks. Our office isn't very large so we all know what everyone else is working on at any given time. It’s a simple life here in Patparganj and we just focus on doing our work and getting through the day. We don't need much.
