You can find Khushboo Foods at Rishi Pomposh A145, specifically Flat No 5A in Shalimar Gardens-II. This is over in Uttar Pradesh, just across the border from the main part of Delhi. It is a residential flat that we use for our operations. It is not a big industrial factory with conveyor belts. It is more of an office and a small coordination center for what we do. The flat is on the fifth floor and the building is like any other apartment block in Shalimar Gardens. It is a busy residential area with lots of families and kids playing. We spend our days managing the food business from here. There are always lists of ingredients to check, orders to verify, and people to call on the phone. The kitchen area is small, but it is where we test out new things sometimes. The living room area has been turned into an office with a few desks and chairs. It is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of samples or paperwork lying around on the floor. We do not have a big sign outside the building, so you have to look for the flat number on the directory. The elevator works most of the time, which is a good thing. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local market downstairs. It is a very practical, low-key way to run a business.
