Our office is at 77/2A on Kali Bari Marg. It’s an interesting spot because the address says Haryana but we are right there in New Delhi 110001. Things can get a bit confusing with the borders and paperwork around here. We’ve been running Khosla Travels for a long time, and we’ve seen the way people travel change completely over the years. It used to be all paper and physical tickets, and now everything is on a phone. Even so, we still like having a physical office where people can actually come and talk to us. We handle a lot of the usual stuff like air tickets and tours. The office isn't one of those modern glass buildings; it's more of a traditional setup where we sit down and actually listen to what someone needs. Sometimes we have three people talking at once and the phones are all ringing, which can get a bit hectic. We try to keep things honest and tell people the truth about delays or prices. Kali Bari Marg is a busy street, and we’re right in the thick of it. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s just a small team of us here trying to make sure people get where they’re going without too much trouble. It’s a living, and we enjoy the people we meet every day. We’ve been here for years now and know the area well.
