My name is Khanna and we run this place out of House No 39/8 in Uri Enclave. It's right by Barar Square. We've been here a while now. Dealing with tickets and holiday planning isn't always easy but we handle it. People stop by the office in Delhi Cantt to sort out their trips. It’s a small team here. We mostly just talk to people about where they want to go and try to make it work. Some days are busier than others. We handle domestic stuff mostly, but sometimes international too if someone asks. The office isn't fancy, just a regular place to work. We know the area well. It’s a bit of a maze around here if you aren't used to it. We keep track of all the bookings manually and on the computer. It’s a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. But that's just how it goes. If you’re around Delhi Cantt, you’ve probably seen our sign near the square. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their neighbors about us. It's a family thing really. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get packed. We just try to get things right so people don't have issues at the airport. It's honest work. Everything is on the phone now, but we still like having an office where you can sit down. We usually open up early and stay until the last task is done. The traffic around Barar Square can be a mess, so we plan around that.
