We are based at L-65, Mahipalpur Extn., in New Delhi, and we share the space with Mr. Avinash Yette. Mahipalpur is always bustling because it’s so close to the airport, which makes sense for a holiday company. We spend a lot of time planning trips and looking at hotel bookings. The office isn’t anything fancy; it’s just a room with some computers and a lot of maps. We get all kinds of people coming in, some who know exactly where they want to go and others who are completely lost. We don’t use those polished travel brochures' language. We just tell you which hotels are okay and which ones to avoid based on what we’ve heard. It’s a small operation, so you usually end up talking to the same couple of people every time you call. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take one call at a time. We’ve been in this Mahipalpur spot for a good while. Dealing with flights and cancellations can be a real pain, especially when the airlines change things last minute, but we do what we can to sort it out. It’s just us here, trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We don't have all the answers, but we definitely know how to find the right flight for you.
