Our office is tucked away at 8808/14-B in Shidi Pura, which is right in the heart of Karol Bagh. We are Khanna Enterprises Pvt Ltd and we’ve been doing this for quite some time now. Being an IATA registered place means we handle a lot of travel-related stuff. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it’s one of the busiest places in New Delhi. The streets are always full and there’s a lot of noise, but inside our office, we just focus on the work. We deal with tickets and bookings and all those travel details that can get confusing for people. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of typing and checking dates. The office is a bit small and sometimes it feels a little cramped when we have a lot of files out. We don’t have a fancy corporate building, just this spot in Shidi Pura. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the routine inside out. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with all the changes in the travel world. It’s a steady kind of life. We like being part of the local neighborhood. People stop by sometimes just to ask questions or get some help with their plans. We do what we can and try to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door.
