We set up shop at Plot No.F-389 in Karawal Nagar a few years back. We’re quite close to Titiksha Public School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing every day. It gives the area a nice feel. Our place is more of a workspace than a showroom. We have various bits of equipment and materials scattered around. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a couple of guys from the neighborhood. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people know us from word of mouth around Karawal Nagar. We handle whatever jobs come our way, trying to be useful to the local community. The mornings are usually our busiest time. We get the coffee going and start looking at the list of things to do. Some days are slow, and we just tidy up or fix the tools. Other days, we’re running around until dark. It’s not always organized perfectly, and we sometimes lose a pen or a notepad, but we always find them eventually. We don't bother with corporate talk or mission statements. We just show up, do what needs doing, and go home to our families. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We like being part of this street and knowing the other shop owners nearby. If you’re ever near the school, you’ll likely see us working away. The gate to the plot squeaks when you open it, and we never get around to oiling it. It lets us know when someone is coming. We have a small corner for lunch.
