Khalsa Communication

We are Khalsa Communication, and our shop is on Palam Vihar Road, specifically in Phase 3 of Ashok Vihar. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re driving through Palam Vihar. We handle mobile connections, recharges, and some basic phone repairs. The shop isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a glass counter where we keep the newer phones and a back shelf for all the SIM cards and paperwork. The road outside can get busy during rush hour, so it’s sometimes hard for people to park. We’ve been here for a few years now. It’s a family-run kind of place, so you’ll usually see one of us behind the counter. We don’t have a uniform or any corporate rules to follow. We just show up and start the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, which makes things slow, but we deal with it. We know the neighbors pretty well, and we often share news over a cup of tea during the slow hours. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We don’t do any big promotions or flashy ads. Most people come to us because they live nearby and don’t want to go all the way to a big mall. We try to be helpful without making things complicated for the folks who drop by. It’s just a standard communication shop. We stay open until late evening most days. The sign out front is a bit faded, but it works.
