Khalsa Communication is situated in Lajpat Nagar III, right in Krishna Market at E 2. If you know Lajpat Nagar, you know how crowded Krishna Market gets, especially on the weekends. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We deal with everything related to mobile phones. We sell some handsets, do repairs, and have all the usual accessories. The shop is small and we have a lot of stuff crammed into the cabinets. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place for customers to stand. We have been here for a long time, and we have seen the market change quite a bit. My family runs the shop. We don't have a big marketing strategy. We just rely on people walking past and seeing our sign. We try to be fair with our prices. If a phone is too old to fix, we tell the customer straight. There is no point in taking their money for something that won't last. The market can be very loud with all the shouting and the music from other shops, but we like the energy. It feels alive. We work long hours, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants a new phone or a recharge. It’s just a normal shop in a very busy part of the city. We keep it simple and try to be honest with everyone.
