Khaaja Chowk Restaurant

Khaaja Chowk Restaurant is located at Rza 252 C-2 in Mahavir Enclave Part-I. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our kitchen is usually the heart of everything, with the smell of spices and onions frying starting early in the day. It’s not a massive, silent place; it’s loud, hot, and there is always someone shouting an order or washing dishes. We don’t have those fancy white tablecloths or waiters in suits. It’s more of a local spot where people come because they know the food is real. The floor gets a bit slippery sometimes and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we spend more time on the cooking than the decorating. We source our vegetables from the local market nearby, so things are always arriving in crates. It’s a bit of a juggle to keep everything fresh and ready, especially when the dinner rush hits and the small space feels even smaller. We have a few tables that wobble a little, but nobody seems to mind much. We’re just a small team trying to get the plates out on time. It’s hard work and your feet hurt by the end of the shift, but seeing people finish their meals makes it feel okay. It’s just a neighborhood eatery doing its thing without any fuss.
