Kfc(Yuminternational)

We are tucked away on the second floor of a building in Sakarpur. It's right in that Old Post Office lane, specifically the Prakash Singh Bhandari building. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it. Most people just call us the KFC team here. We spend a lot of time dealing with the daily grind of running a fast-food spot. It's not all sunshine and rainbows. There’s a lot of cleaning, checking temperatures, and making sure the chicken is handled right. The lane outside can be quite narrow and messy sometimes. We share the space with other offices, so it’s always a bit of a scramble in the hallways. We don’t have a big reception area or anything. It's mostly just functional space for the staff. We’ve been here for a while and the routine stays the same. Some days are just long and tiring. We have to deal with deliveries and supply issues like anyone else. The second floor doesn’t always have the best airflow when it’s 40 degrees outside. We just keep the fans going and get the work done. It’s a practical setup for the Sakarpur area. Nothing too special about the decor. We just focus on the orders and making sure the kitchen stays running. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of numbers. Just a bunch of us working hard.
