You can find us over at 17/226 on Street No-10 in Anand Parbat. It’s a busy little area, and we’re right in the middle of it. We mostly just cook chicken. That’s the main thing we do every day. We start early in the morning getting the kitchen ready and making sure the oil is hot. It gets pretty greasy and warm back there, but we’re used to it. People from the neighborhood come in for lunch or pick something up on their way home from work. We have the usual menu with the pieces of chicken, the burgers, and the fries. Sometimes it gets really busy on the weekends, and there’s a bit of a wait, but we try to move as fast as we can. The street outside is usually full of people and scooters, so it can be a bit of a squeeze to get in. Inside, we have some tables where you can sit, but a lot of people just take their food to go. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just follow the recipes and put the food in the boxes. The floor needs sweeping pretty much every hour because people bring in dirt from the street. It’s a straightforward job. We’re just a local spot where you can get something to eat without any fuss. It’s been here for a while and we know a lot of the regulars who come in for their usual order.
