Kfc

This Kfc is right in Pitampura, specifically at C-1 Kashmir Appt. It’s a busy little corner of Delhi-34. Being in an apartment complex means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. The kitchen is always the loudest part of the place, with the timers going off and the sound of the fryers. It gets really hot back there, especially during the summer months when the Delhi heat is hitting the windows. We spend a lot of time cleaning up tables and making sure the floors aren't slippery. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. In the evenings, the crowd from Pitampura really picks up, and it can get a bit chaotic with everyone trying to get their food at once. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook the chicken, serve the customers, and try to keep the place tidy. Sometimes the delivery drivers are all lined up outside, and we have to rush to get their bags ready. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits by now. It’s just a regular fast-food spot where we work hard and go home tired. There’s no corporate polish here, just some people in uniforms trying to get the orders right before the next person in line starts getting impatient. We just stay focused on the task at hand until the doors close for the night.
