This little spot is tucked away in Room No 4 near Gurudwararakabganj. It’s run by Lokesh Kumar. Most people think of the big chains when they hear the name, but we are just a small setup here in New Delhi. It’s not a massive dining hall. Just a kitchen and some space. We spend most of the morning getting things ready before the lunch crowd starts moving in. The area around the Gurudwara is always peaceful but busy with people coming and going. We see a lot of different faces every day. Cooking in a small room has its challenges, especially when it gets hot in the summer. We keep the menu simple because that's what works. It’s not about being fancy or having a million options. Just good food for people who are hungry and passing by. The floor is a bit worn out, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the kitchen is where the focus stays. We don't have a marketing team or a big website. It's just a local food business. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a holiday. That's just part of the business. We like the location because it feels connected to the community. People know where Room No 4 is if they live around here. We just keep our heads down and cook. It gets a bit smoky when the stove is full, but the smell is good.
