You can find us over at G-16/9 A, up on the second floor in Rajouri Garden. New Delhi 110027 is a pretty lively area, and being in the middle of it means there’s always something going on outside our windows. We aren't just another corporate spot; this Kfc Restaurant feels like a part of the local street life. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the shoppers and cars down below. It gets noisy, but that’s just how Rajouri Garden is. We spend a lot of time in the back getting things ready and making sure the kitchen is running. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We aren't sitting in quiet offices with suits on. We’re mostly in our work clothes, dealing with the heat from the equipment and the rush of the lunch crowd. The stairs can be a bit of a climb for some, but it’s a good spot once you get up here. We’ve got regular people coming in, not just tourists, and we like that. It’s a practical place. We don’t have fancy speeches about our goals. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. It’s a real job with real people doing their best in a busy part of Delhi. The air conditioning struggles a bit in June, but we keep things moving as fast as we can.
