Keane Bpo

Down in Mangolpuri at N 843, that’s where you’ll find our office. We’ve been part of this neighborhood in New Delhi for a good bit now. It’s a BPO, which means there’s a lot of us sitting at computers with headsets on for most of the day. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don't have fancy office furniture or anything like that, just rows of desks and a small area where we can take our breaks. The building is simple, and we try to keep things organized so we can find what we need. Dealing with data and phone calls is what we do from morning until evening. Some of the staff live right nearby, so they just walk to work. We have a lot of younger people starting out their careers here, learning the ropes of how to talk to customers and handle computer systems. It’s a steady environment where everyone knows their role. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home. The 110083 area is always moving, and we are just another part of that daily rhythm. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the phones don't stop ringing, but we just keep at it together. There is always someone new to train.
