K.C Cross Road

Our spot is at 314 Patrakar Vihar, out here in Ghaziabad. We have been part of this Uttar Pradesh community for a good stretch of time now. K.C Cross Road is what we call ourselves, and we just operate out of this straightforward office space. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is a regular building where we do our daily work. The area is mostly residential, so it feels a lot more peaceful than the middle of Delhi. We have a small team of people who have been together for years. We do not really have a hierarchy where everyone is worried about their titles. We just all pitch in to get the work done. If the floors need sweeping or the mail needs sorting, whoever is free does it. We do not like using those empty marketing phrases that do not actually mean anything. We just talk like normal people. Most of our day is spent handling logistics and making sure the local operations are running without any hiccups. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather is too hot to think, but we just keep pushing through. We like being in Ghaziabad because it feels real. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way, one day at a time, without any of the extra fluff or polished nonsense that you find in big cities.
