We are located at 22/740 on Joshi Road in Karol Bagh. If you know this area, you know how packed it gets with people and rickshaws every single day. Kawatra Agency has been operating out of this small space for quite some time now. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes piled up. We deal with a lot of different items, and sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room to even turn around. The walls have some damp spots that we really should paint over, but there’s never any time. Most of the day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop in to pick up orders. It’s a noisy, sweaty kind of job, especially in the summer. We don't have any fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will help you if they aren't already busy with someone else. Karol Bagh is the kind of place where you have to move fast or you get left behind, so we stay busy. Sometimes the coffee we make in the back is the only thing that keeps us going. It’s an honest living, and we’ve gotten to know the other shopkeepers on Joshi Road pretty well over the years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without making a big deal of it.
