Kavya Telecom Services

We are located at 993/9 in Govindpuri, which is right near the Kalkaji area. This part of Delhi is always buzzing with people and a lot of noise. Kavya Telecom Services has been here long enough that most of the people living nearby recognize us when they walk past. It’s a very simple setup we have. There is just a front desk and some stools for the customers. We handle phone bills, new mobile connections, and the occasional repair job if it’s not too complicated. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside the shop because we have a lot of old paperwork and boxes of gadgets stacked up. The walls could really use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to close the shop for a full day to get it done. Life in Govindpuri is quite fast, so people are usually in a big hurry. They want their phones fixed almost immediately. I try my best to help them but sometimes the replacement parts take a few days to arrive. My assistant is a young lad who is quite good with software stuff but he tends to talk a bit too much with the customers. We get all kinds of people coming in, from college students to elderly folks who can't figure out their new smartphones. I spend a lot of my time showing people how to use different apps. It’s a busy life and the days go by very quickly.
