The area is a bit tucked away, which we actually prefer because it is not as chaotic as the center of the city. We operate out of a house that we have converted for our business needs. It has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. You might hear dogs barking or kids playing outside while we are trying to conduct our meetings. We handle various business operations from here. Most of our work is done on computers and through a lot of phone calls. We aren't the type of place with a dress code or fancy glass walls. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on getting the day's tasks finished. Sometimes we have tea on the terrace to get some fresh air. The work can be repetitive, but it is how we make our living. We have been here in Durga Vihar for a while and have seen the buildings go up around us. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just do what we say we will do. It is a practical way to run things, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
