Kasbah Restaurant

You can find Kasbah Restaurant in Lodhicalony. The address says Pauri Garhwal in Uttarakhand, though the pin code 110003 is usually for Delhi. It is a bit of a mix, but we are here nonetheless. We are mostly focused on the kitchen and the food. It is a small place. We don't have fancy menus or waiters in suits. We just cook what we know and serve it to whoever comes in. The kitchen gets really hot during the lunch rush. You can smell the spices from the street. We spend most of our time prepping vegetables and making sure the stove is working right. The building is an old one. It has some cracks here and there, but it is solid. We don't really do advertising. People usually find us just by walking past or hearing from a friend. Lodhicalony is a nice enough place to be. We have a few tables and chairs that don't always match. It gives the place a bit of a home feel. We don't have a big philosophy about food.
