Kasbah Restaurant, G.K-I

We are over here at Kasbah Restaurant in G.K-I, specifically at 820, Type-Ii, Sector-Ii in Sadiq Ngar. It is a busy part of New Delhi. Usually, the day starts with opening the shutters and making sure the tables are wiped down properly. Sadiq Ngar has a lot of people moving around, especially with the Type-Ii quarters right there. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. The address is 110049 if you are looking at a map. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes the afternoon slow, but we just keep the fans running. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just us here handling the kitchen and the front. You can find us easily if you know the Sector-Ii area. The walls are painted a simple color and the floor is just regular tiles. We spend a lot of time just making sure the supplies are fresh. It gets noisy outside because of the traffic on the main roads nearby, but inside it stays okay. People from the neighborhood stop by mostly. We have been at this spot for a while now. The sign outside says the name clearly. We don't do much fancy advertising because the local folks already know where 820 is. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us at Kasbah. We usually close up late in the evening once the last few customers head home. It is a lot of standing on our feet, but that's what comes with the job. We keep the lights on and the door open for anyone coming through Sadiq Ngar.
