We are based at D-402 in Defence Colony, right here in New Delhi. Our business, Karamchandra Supplyer Pvt.Ltd, has been around for a while now. We mainly handle the supply of various goods to different offices and small businesses nearby. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us working out of this office. Most days are spent on the phone talking to vendors or checking on deliveries. We deal with a lot of paperwork and physical files because that is how we have always done it. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the Delhi traffic, which can be a real headache for our schedule. We have a small storage area where we keep the most common items, but a lot of stuff comes and goes pretty quickly. My brother and I started this because we knew the area well and saw people needed supplies. We do not have any fancy marketing or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people we have known for years in the neighborhood. We just try to get the orders right and send them out on time. The office can get a bit messy with boxes stacked in the corners, but we know where everything is. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We are usually here from early morning until the last delivery is sorted out in the evening. We appreciate the folks who keep coming back to us for their needs.
