We operate out of Mirzapur, right here in Uttar Pradesh. Being at Kapil Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd means we spend a lot of time thinking about roads and distances. Mirzapur is a place with its own pace, and we’ve grown used to how things work around here. We aren't some massive company with offices in every city. We’re just local people who know the routes and the shortcuts. Most of our day is spent talking to people who need a car or a bus for a trip, maybe for a wedding or just to get to the next town over. We have a few vehicles and a handful of drivers who have been with us for a while. They know these roads better than anyone. Our office is a simple place where we keep our logs and take bookings. It’s often a bit dusty because of the wind, but we don’t mind. We don't use a lot of fancy tech; a good phone and a ledger usually do the trick for us. We try to be straightforward. If a car isn't available, we say so. We don't like overpromising. It’s a tough business sometimes, especially when the weather is bad or the roads are under repair. But we’ve lived here all our lives, and we like being the ones people call when they need to get somewhere safely. Mirzapur can be a tough place to navigate if you don't know it, so we take pride in being the ones who do. We keep a stash of extra tires and some basic tools in the back.
