We operate out of D-13 in Pratap Vihar Part-111, which is right in the Nangloi area of Delhi. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the 110041 pin code traffic. You can usually find us looking at maps or talking on the phone with drivers. We have been coordinating trips from this office for a bit now. Nangloi can be quite a handful with all the people moving around, but we stay focused on the schedules. There are always keys hanging on the wall and calendars marked with different dates for various trips. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s mostly just a few chairs for when people come in to ask about bus timings or car rentals. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is when we actually take a breather. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a stray map or two taped up. We spend a lot of time worrying about the state of the roads and if the cars are clean enough for the next passenger. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the petrol is filled. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, especially during the wedding season or when people want to go to the hills. We just keep the registers updated and try to keep everything moving on time. It is a small team here at Kapil Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. but we stay very busy.
