Kanta Travel Services

We are over at B-75/2 in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi-96. Kanta Travel Services is a small operation that we run from this address. The office is nothing fancy, just a room with a few desks and some old chairs for people who come in. New Ashok Nagar is a very crowded place, and our street is always full of people and rickshaws. It can be quite loud, which makes it hard to hear on the phone sometimes. We mostly spend our time booking tickets and looking at travel routes on our computers. It is just a couple of us working here every day. We don't have a big mission or any corporate goals. We just try to get the bookings right so people don't have problems when they travel. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we just have to sit and wait or talk to the neighbors until it comes back. We have been in this spot for several years. Most of our customers are locals who live in the nearby buildings. They know where we are and just walk in when they need something. It is a practical business. We keep our files in some old cabinets and try to stay organized, even though the space is small. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and go home when the sun goes down. It is a very regular, local way of doing things.
