We are based in 603-A, up in Shipra Sun City in Indirapura. It’s a big residential township, so it’s a bit different from being in a typical commercial district with all the glass buildings. From the office windows, you can see all the towers and the people going about their daily lives. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for the hotels from here. It is mostly computers, phones, and stacks of reservations that need sorting out. Indirapura is a busy place, and the noise of the traffic usually filters up to us, but we don't mind it much anymore. We have a small team here. We aren't wearing suits and ties every day. Most of us just wear what's comfortable and focus on getting the rooms booked and the guests taken care of. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing for hours and it feels a bit overwhelming, but then things quiet down and we can catch our breath. We’ve been in this building for a while now, so we know the security guards and the folks at the tea stall downstairs. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy art for the walls or expensive furniture. We just need a place to work where we can stay organized and get through the list. It’s a regular office for regular people who just happen to work in the hotel business. We try to keep it simple.
