We are based over in Sarita Vihar at C-377. It’s a decent-sized office in a residential-cum-commercial part of New Delhi. We do consulting work, which basically means a lot of meetings and looking at data on screens. It isn't the most exciting thing to watch, but it keeps us busy. We have a few rooms set up for different teams. It can get a bit loud during lunch when everyone is in the break area. We've been at this location for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's not a priority right now. We focus more on getting the reports done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, but we make do. Most people here have been with the company for a few years, so we all know each other well. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one. We spend our days mostly on the computer or talking to clients over the phone. It’s a steady pace of work. No one is running around in suits all the time. We keep it pretty casual and just focus on the tasks at hand. It's just how Kale Consultants operates. We show up, do the work, and go home. That's the routine we have established over time.
