Kale Consultants Ltd is based in E-42, Rohini, over in Delhi. It’s one of those parts of North Delhi that feels like a maze if you aren’t used to the sector numbers and the layout. The building is a typical Rohini structure, tucked into a street where there’s always something happening. We spend our days inside this office dealing with whatever tasks come across the desk. It’s not a polished environment with glass walls; it’s more about the actual work getting done. The sun hits the front windows pretty hard in the summer, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. There’s a lot of paper around and the computers are always humming. We’ve got some old chairs that are actually quite comfortable once you get used to them. Being in E-42 means we are close to the local markets, so lunch is usually something from a nearby stall. It’s a very local vibe here. You hear the scooters going by and the neighbors talking in the alley. It feels very grounded and real. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just an office where we put in our hours and go home. Rohini is a busy place, and we are just another part of the fabric of this neighborhood. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but our little spot stays pretty much the same.
