Kajal Travels

Kajal Travels is located at Y-1114, Street No. 2 in Prem Nagar-II, Nangloi, Delhi. We have been in this spot for quite a while now, right in the heart of a busy residential and commercial area. Being in Nangloi means it’s always loud outside with the sounds of the street and people passing by all the time. Our office is small and simple, with just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their travel plans. We spend our days booking bus tickets, train seats, and helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. It’s not a high-end travel agency with glossy brochures; it’s more of a local spot where people come because they know us and trust us. We have the usual Delhi problems, like the dust and the summer heat, but we have a fan going and we get the work done. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or checking the computer for the latest schedules. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we have to ask people to wait a bit. We know the regular customers who travel for work, and we try to help them out as best as we can. It’s just a regular business on a regular street, and we focus on keeping the bookings organized and the customers on their way to their destinations safely.
